Send Your Question to RVBuyerUSA

You may be considering selling an RV but still have questions about its condition, paperwork, or location. Or perhaps you contacted us before and need to clarify something about that conversation.

This page is for those general inquiries. You can explain what’s on your mind without completing a detailed RV evaluation form.

RVBuyerUSA primarily works with private RV owners and also welcomes questions from dealerships. We consider different types of motorhomes and towable RVs, including damaged and non-running units, on an individual basis.

Sending a general question does not commit you to selling an RV or request an automatic purchase offer.

If you want an individual purchase evaluation instead, visit Value My RV.

Send a General Message

Select a topic, describe your question, and include only the details needed to explain it.

Describe the condition of the vehicle

For your privacy: Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, driver’s license images, or sensitive ownership documents in this message.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about how inquiry data is handled.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

Tell Us What You’re Reaching Out About

Different questions need different information. Select the subject that fits your situation, then explain the details in your message.

Considering an RV Sale

You may have a Class A, Class B, or Class C motorhome, travel trailer, fifth wheel, camper van, toy hauler, or another type of RV. If you’re unsure whether to request an evaluation, explain what you’d like to know first. A general question is not a commitment to sell.

Following Up on a Previous Inquiry

If you’ve already submitted RV information, mention when you contacted us and what you want clarified. Use the name or email address associated with your earlier message so the relevant inquiry may be easier to locate. You do not need to submit a second complete evaluation just to ask a question.

Asking About Ownership or Financing

An outstanding RV loan, a missing document, or multiple names on the title may affect the steps required to complete a sale. Describe the issue without sending confidential financial information. The exact documentation requirements depend on the vehicle, lender, ownership circumstances, and applicable state rules.

Explaining Damage or Pickup Access

Perhaps the motorhome will not start, the trailer has water damage, or the RV is parked somewhere that a large tow vehicle may have trouble reaching. These details are worth mentioning early. They may affect an individual purchase evaluation and any transportation arrangements.

Contacting Us About Dealership RVs

Dealership inquiries are welcome, including questions about more than one vehicle. Tell us the general RV categories, approximate conditions, and locations involved. Each vehicle is considered individually rather than receiving automatic approval as part of a group.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

Which RV Details Are Useful?

You do not need to prepare a complete inventory of your RV just to send a question. A few relevant facts, however, can help explain what you’re asking.

Identify the Vehicle When Relevant

If your question concerns a particular RV, mention its year, make, model, and type when you know them. For a motorhome, it can also be useful to explain whether it starts or drives. For a towable RV, mention whether it is currently safe and ready to tow if that is relevant to your concern.

Explain Where the RV Is Located

For questions involving inspection, transportation, or availability, provide the city and state or ZIP code where the RV is currently parked. There’s no need to include your full street address in an initial general question unless it is specifically necessary for the inquiry.

Describe the Specific Issue

Be direct about what you want to find out. For example, you could explain that a travel trailer has a roof leak and ask whether that condition can be evaluated. Or you might ask what to consider when an RV still has a recorded lien.

Start with what you know. Additional information can be requested if your inquiry moves toward a purchase evaluation. For a detailed assessment rather than a general question, use the RV evaluation form.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Questions About Damage, Loans, and Pickup Access

Some RV situations need more explanation than a year and model. You can raise those concerns before starting a detailed offer request.

An RV That Is Damaged or Won’t Move

We evaluate RVs in different conditions, including vehicles with mechanical failures, collision damage, roof leaks, water intrusion, or other known problems. A motorhome that no longer starts and a trailer that cannot safely be towed may involve different transportation considerations. Describe the condition as accurately as you can. You do not need to diagnose the fault yourself before asking a question. Damaged and non-running RVs can be considered, but their condition does not guarantee an offer or purchase.

A Loan, Lien, or Unclear Title

If you still owe money on the RV, mention that a loan remains outstanding and whether the title is held by the lender. If there is a missing title, more than one owner, or another documentation issue, explain the general situation. Your lender can confirm payoff and lien-release requirements. State motor vehicle agencies can provide the applicable title-transfer instructions. Do not assume that an RV buyer can resolve every title problem. The paperwork responsibilities for any proposed purchase should be confirmed before a transaction is finalized.

Storage Restrictions or Limited Vehicle Access

An RV may be parked in a commercial storage facility, on private property, or in an area with restricted entry or maneuvering space. If access is part of your question, mention relevant details such as a locked storage gate, narrow driveway, flat tires, or a vehicle that cannot be driven. Free towing is included with an agreed RV purchase. Contacting RVBuyerUSA does not arrange standalone towing, promise free removal, or guarantee that a specific vehicle can be transported.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After Your Message Is Submitted

A general message is a way to raise a question. It is separate from requesting an RV offer and separate from agreeing to a purchase.

STEP 01

Your Inquiry Enters the Contact Process

After the form successfully processes your submission, its confirmation will indicate that the message was accepted by the website. Your message should identify the topic you need help with, particularly if it concerns an earlier inquiry or a specific RV.

STEP 02

Additional Information May Be Requested

Some questions can be answered using the information you provide. Others may require clarification about the RV, its condition, location, or paperwork. The nature of the follow-up depends on the inquiry. No fixed response time is promised.

STEP 03

An RV Evaluation Is a Separate Decision

If your question leads you to consider selling, you can choose to submit the RV for an individual evaluation. The vehicle’s type, year, condition, location, documentation, and other relevant factors may influence whether a purchase offer can be made. Requesting an offer is free and does not require you to accept one. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that an RV will be purchased.

Answers Before You Send

Yes. This contact form is intended for general questions, including those from owners who have not decided whether to sell. Sending a message is not a purchase agreement or a certified RV appraisal. If you later request an offer, the request is free and you have no obligation to accept it.

Yes. Explain whether the motorhome starts or drives, what mechanical problems you know about, and where it is parked. Non-running motorhomes may be considered for an individual evaluation, but not every vehicle will qualify for purchase. Additional information may be needed.

Mention that financing remains and describe your general question about the loan or title. Avoid including your account number or sending financial documents in the first message. Your lender can explain the payoff and lien-release process, and the details of a possible RV transaction must be reviewed individually.

Choose the earlier-inquiry subject in the contact form. Include the approximate submission date, the name or email address previously used, and the question you’re following up on. These details may help connect your message with the earlier inquiry.

The confirmed free-towing benefit applies when an RV purchase has been agreed upon. It is not a separate offer of complimentary towing or disposal. An inquiry alone does not establish a purchase or a pickup arrangement, and the vehicle’s condition and accessibility may need to be assessed.

Yes. RVBuyerUSA primarily buys from private owners, but dealership inquiries are welcome. Explain whether the question concerns one RV or several units, along with their general types, conditions, and locations. Each vehicle remains subject to individual evaluation.

READY FOR AN INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION?

If You Want an RV Evaluation Instead

If you are ready to provide more detailed information about a particular RV, use our dedicated evaluation form rather than the general contact form.

RVBuyerUSA considers motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, camper vans, and other RV categories, including some damaged or non-running vehicles.

An individual evaluation may consider the vehicle’s age, specifications, overall condition, known damage, documentation, and location. It is not an automated guaranteed price or a certified appraisal.

RVBuyerUSA purchases RVs directly rather than advertising them through a public owner-listing service. Each potential purchase is considered separately.

An RV offer request is free, and you decide whether to accept an offer.
